Future improvements `Notes.txt, `test`, and registry #2

Future improvements:

  1. Add instructions in Notes.txt on
    • how to trigger initial cronjob run;
    • change the ingress rule manually once post installation;
  2. Create tests in the tests subdiretory;
  3. Host the chart in Harbor, install Harbor registry into Spin;
