  1. No Admin can block "file:///" without breaking the operating system, so thats not an issue,

  2. Don't you whitewash my swearing I'm not bloody titanium network

  3. I will add a pop-up for alternate links for ur host

  4. I will add a button on the main website to download the whole file as HTML only for convienence, not just a ZIP
