I am talking about Video Cards emulation, as there is no emulators capable of support RAVE, Glide, OpenGL

I want to say: there is so much emulated video card probably you can backport some, that required by RAVE. 86Box support more of them. https://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Intel_CPUs

for glide already emulated voodoo1 and 2 and 3 .

for OpenGL i don't know which video card needed, but most 68k and PPC apps is also not working on modern Mac, if not all, and OpenGL acceleration completely does not work on any emulator.

OpenGL is supported by the ATI Rage 128, but could also work on the Rage Pro. As for the Voodoo cards, they could be added, but they aren't recognized until Mac OS tries loading the drivers for these.
