Wrong encoding video with ultra high resolution #484

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

I encode video with resolution 10240x9600. In the result, I have wrong video. 
The video contains the color noise.

What version are you using? On what operating system?
libvpx-1.1.0, Gentoo x64
