show existing frame not working properly in decoder #676

Decoder updates mode infos (cm->prev_mip = cm->mip;) also in case where current 
frame is coded as "show existing frame". I think this is not intended behaviour.

I created attached stream to test the feature. (I assume that created bitstream 
is according to vp9 standard)
