Examples for NNTP #148

I can almost grok the NNTP code, but I think example(s) on http://etpan.org/libetpan.html would help me the rest of the way:

  1. make connection (with server, port, and SSL or not)
  2. server attributes
  3. group attributes
  4. article download
  5. article upload
