Add explicit start/end of positions #33

As discussed at https://github.com/pkiraly/qa-catalogue/issues/45#issuecomment-1776710254: add optional zero-based, inclusive keys start and end at positions. These can be derived automatically from object keys but having same as explicit numeric values is useful.
