Upgrade to Conekta 4.0 #40

Upgrade all the dependencies to work with the latest version of laravel and use the latest version of the conekta API (4.0), also is compatible con php 7.2

Also I noticed that this package is no longer maintained, if you want I'm happy to maintain it, I have plenty experience with laravel, conekta, and php (PSR2)

Also not sure if maybe this can be tagged in v3 or something
