Has this been resolved by 518307d1acad15e9a7d5cd478c6de32442ea7641, or does the issue persist?
Well I'm using Dino 0.2.0 on Debian Testing and it looks like I still have the issue. I'm not sure if that fix was included in the particular build I'm running though. It's the official Debian package in testing.
Ok, just went to the dino website and grabbed dino_0.2.0~git29.2021-02-10.0626bad8_amd64.deb for "Debian Next". This package seems to resolve the issue. Not sure what's up with the official testing version, but hopefully the fixed package can make it into Debian 11.
I use Debian testing on my laptop and I am running on wayland with KDE. For some reason when I use wayland the Dino icon gets replaced by a generic wayland icon even though the app icon is there in the main menu and is correctly referenced in the .desktop file as far as I can tell. I was curious to know if someone has any idea why this might be happening or what a solution may be. It's kind of bugging me that the icon is broken because I've started using dino as my goto for xmpp.
