This is not something that you put much though into. How am I supposed to figure out if you did anything?
Assignment | Weightage | Grade | Comments |
---|---|---|---|
College Board Coverage | 20 | 20 | Covered all of the required CB topics |
Java Examples | 30 | 28 | Had good examples with short efficient code cells to get the point across |
Popcorn Hack Usage | 10 | 8 | There were good hacks, but not many of them |
Homework | 10 | 10 | Perfect quantity of homework that covered all the concepts and had different levels of difficulty |
Grading Plan | 10 | 9 | Grading seemed fair |
Original an Creative | 10 | 9 | Had an animation at the corner of the screen |
Total | 90 | 84 | Overall a solid lesson that could have benifitted from a few more hacks |
Assignment | Weightage | Grade | Comments |
---|---|---|---|
College Board Coverage | 20 | 18 | Had good coverage of the college board material in a concise, understandable manner |
Java Examples | 30 | 27 | Had some nice Java Examples, including code that provided easier visualizations for nested iteration |
Popcorn Hack Usage | 10 | 9 | Good popcorn hacks, very to the point to help students practice the material that was taught, as well as being detailed enough to make sure they understand what they are doing. |
Homework | 10 | 10 | I believe the homework assigned was excellent. Aside from the popcorn hacks, they included multiple choice, which valued explanation, which would help students learn the material, as being able to explain something requires understanding of the topic. They also gave homework problems that were unique, including a hack about finding palindromes, which used the string iteration concept they taught. They also included a fun spiral matrix hack, which would help students understand for loops in a more complex manner. |
Grading Plan | 10 | 9 | Grading looks fair, listed average and median score, along with specifying inside the lesson how to get above .9, which included doing the challenge hack, and participating in the lesson by speaking |
Original an Creative | 10 | 9 | Didn't have the best creativity, but was saved by the final example of iteration, which included a bouncing ball with setting sliders in the bottom right, which demonstrated iterations, although it was written in javascript |
Total | 90 | 82 | I believe that the information presented with this team teach was done so in a concise and understandable way. The teachers made sure to include examples that would allow students to understand information through things like visualization of for loops. Format/content in homework was excellent. Loved it overall. |
hi arthur your team teach memory notebook is cool for all the units and how there is a paragraph and code alongside it.
Pull request was updated after original problems. Team Teach was good, but nothing creative. Made hacks. He made a Python notebook of all units with paragraph and code. Team Teach challenges with 6 people.
I like the bonus hack you made, and though it was really creative as well.
I glad that you made your homework for your team teach anti chat gpt. I also liked for your code you put both comments and code.
I really like how you talked a lot about your team teach and team teach memories. I like how you added a piece of code with your unit reviews to help you vizualize.
I like how creative your bonus hack was, and your organization of your blog.
Blog - Has code paired with text, for review Memory - Showcases google doc to plan initially Relevancy - Two peer reviews, it was pretty boring and not unique is what reviewers said Beyond Perfunctory - Upgraded pull request and fixed it all up, talks about 4.3 string iteration
Hi Arthur,

I liked the spiral matrix hack and had a lot of fun writing an essay of comments on it. I also like how you were able to adapt to having a lot of people in your group, and split the work.
Blog: Notebook that explains all 9 units Memory: I found your chatGPT spiral hack funny Relevancy: I liked your work and your two peer reviews Perfunctory: I liked your organization and your ability to split work
