Access violation at address 0063E459 #1

Hi I generated an s2k file from the sap2000 model using sap2000 V. 2022. When I tried to import model to ETO, I got the following error: Access violation at address 0063E459 in module 'DINOET0_20220520.exe'. Read of address 00000000.
