What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Changed compatibility view to off
2. deleted cookies and cache
3. researched other fixes but I am a novice with software so no help
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
screen does not load it is in a continuous redirect and reload
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64 bit OS
Please provide any additional information below.
I have deleted and reloaded toolbar 20 times because it ask me to when I try to
log into toolbar.
