In #4 the extrapolation and idx bit generation was moved to the 240 MHz clock domain. This means that the same LUT is used for the three muons from one channel. Currently the same LUT content file is used for all channels. We should be able to assign the content file more flexibly (i.e. with a string vector mapping the filename to channels).
