Remove delay for energy sums #246

In order to minimise latency for the calo path we should remove the delays for the energy deposits in the algorithm part of the firmware. If needed these delays will then be produced with the input buffers of the mp7fw.

This will require the testbench files to be modified.

Actually it may be better to delay the energy sums not in the testfiles but in the testbench itself..
