Implement track address-based cancel-out for BMTF #262

Cancel-out logic based on track addresses should be implemented for the BMTF.

A precondition for this issue is to allow different types of address-based cancel-out to be used (i.e. different ones for various track finders).

Still needs to be tested, but closing this for now.
