It would be good to be able to estimate the muon rate via counters for each input channel. For this to be useful counters would have to start and stop counting synchronously.
One way for this feature to be implemented:
[ ] Begin counting at each BC0 signal
[ ] If a master register is set transfer value of first counter stage to storage register to be read out.
[ ] Master register needs to be unset after transfer to not overwrite previous value
[ ] Master register can be separated by several flip-flops from individual registers in quads.
