The newest version of mp7fw contains changes that make our build process a bit easier. Therefore we can remove some parts of README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md as well as some text in the build script.
Furthermore the script to check out mp7fw that is used by our build script has changed its syntax slightly. This should be fixed too.
