Wrong wheel numbering for BMTF cancel-out #306

In https://github.com/dinyar/uGMTfirmware/blob/master/uGMT_algos/firmware/hdl/GhostBusting/GhostCheckerUnit_BMTF.vhd#L59 the wheel number should be 1 and not 0.
