Missing one case for BMTF cancel-out #307

At https://github.com/dinyar/uGMTfirmware/blob/master/uGMT_algos/firmware/hdl/GhostBusting/GhostCheckerUnit_BMTF.vhd#L60 we're missing one case for the cancel-out. The neighbouring stations also need to be taken into account.
