Allow tests to be run if mp7fw not present #381

Currently all testbenches assume that the mp7 firmware has been checked out to a specific location. This is a clunky remnant from when the project was built on a single machine and should be fixed to allow tests to run also when mp7fw is not yet present. Ideally we should get the needed files during setup. Possibly with an optional parameter indicating the firmware version requested.

Doesn't work yet with all setup scripts..
