"internal server error" when adding new zone #121

Environmnet: v.1.3.10, MacOS Catalina

Issue: When adding a new Zone via the zone selector "+" control, I always get "Internal Server Error"

Steps: Add a new zone via the zone selector "+" control. Note the zone does actually get created, just the UI errors out.
