Allow moving the drive folder to a new location on the computer #3

Description: In order to support external drives, it would be useful to allow the drive to be moved to a different location on the computer.

Modification Area: Probably allows this to happen during Create Drive as an optional folder selection (still default the drive to DistributedDrives). Allow later modification / moving via Manage Drives.

Why: In order to support large drives, external locations are ideal. That way, my main HDD / partition is not filled up.

Diode Drive now support specifying a different location upon Create Drive, but does not yet support moving a drive after create.
