Cannot delete share #56

Environment: MacOS 11.2.3 & 10.15.4, dDrive version 1.0.0

Description: I just installed the dDrive (macOS 11) and created the first share for testing (one single file). It works, but I cannot remove the share… I click “Delete Share” button but nothing happens, the share is still there…

macOS is 11.2.3, dDrive detects macOS 10.16… just a cosmetic issue, maybe?

Steps to reproduce: 1) Create a share 2) Click "Delete" 3) Observe share is not deleted

Desired behavior: Step 3 (share deletion) should delete the share and return to the Shares list

This has been fixed in v1.0-4 and later
