Description: Allow people to subscribe to my drive
Modification Area: A menu item or web control that allows the addition of a subscription link or key or string that sends a subscription request (reverse invite) to the owner / admin of a given drive. Upon subscription request, the owner/admin would have to approve the request (workflow probably similar to when an email to a google doc link is sent to someone without permission - they click on it, they don't have permission, they choose to request permission, the owner is notified and is directed to a control to grant the person permission).
Why: It is a lot easier to post a drive ID/link/key/string to an email group or a chat group and have the individuals subscribe to the drive instead of explicitly asking each person for their ddrive username and typing the usernames in one at a time.
