Cannot run Diode Drive in a second user on the same computer #92

Software Details: Windows 10, @v.1.2.0+

Problem: If a user is logged into a computer and is running Diode Drive, I'm not able to switch to a different user and run Diode Drive under the new user. When I click Diode Drive, it just does not open.

Desired Behavior: Diode Drive should run for my new user.

Probably need to add a feature to disable auto-start except for the installing user so it doesn't pop up a signup window upon each new user logging in.
