[Editor] No mouse interface for editing actors #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch the editor
2. Load a world file
3. Notice how you can't drag an actor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- You should be able to drag an actor to change its transform and do other nice 
mouse things with the editor.
