Hi there,

I have just installed XlinkCyNET but it appears buggy. The edges constantly appear/disappear and do not reposition when the nodes are dragged. Also, some of the edges are left behind when switching from "XlinkCyNET" to traditional views. I am using the latest version of Cytoscape and version 1.5.2 of XlinkCyNET.

Cytoscape Version: 3.10.2 Java: 17.0.5 by Eclipse Adoptium Java Home: c:\program files\cytoscape_v3.10.2\jre OS: Windows 11 10.0 - amd64

Hello,

XlinkCyNET is not optimized to Cytoscape 3.10.2. Please, try to use versions < 3.9.
