Notes don't open if set "Storage location" to the path of the program folder. #38

Thanks for the helpful extension! But there's a problem. In the portable version of VSCode, when you need to store notes in the program folder (for ease of portability), when set in the "Storage Location" to path "data\Notes", the notes are correctly saved and displayed in the list, but not opened! Can we hope that this nasty bug will be fixed? Thanks.
