ArrayList out of Bounds Problem in the BuddyList #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Whenever you block a user the array list in the BuddyList is set to be out 
of index.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Array index out of bounds.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I'm having trouble reproducing. When exactly does it occur? I tried blocking 
users by
both right clicking and by using the blocked manager. After clicking 
everywhere, I
didn't get an exception.

Try log-in with cmpt275testing and you will see testme in both the Parrot IM
Users and the Blocked Parrot IM accounts. Also, try blocking one user from
the buddylist and click BlockedManager and go back to the BuddyList again
and click on the user that you blocked then you will see the Array Out of
Bounds Error Message in the consle window.
