Can't use spellcheck in jar file #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make a jar file
2. make a spelling mistake in chat
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should underline the text and give suggestions

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
I found out how to fix the problem but it isn't neat. If put 
dictionary_es.ortho and all the other languages & dictionary.cnf into the 
same folder the jar file is in, it'll work fine, but we don't like too many 
external files so somebody needs to find a way to put them into the jar 
file and make it work like that. I tried, but failed.
