Add very basic docs for overridden methods #7

MojoX::Transaction::WebSocket76 overrides some methods from Mojo::Transaction::WebSocket. The docs added here are cut down versions of the Mojolicious 5.71 Mojo::Transaction::WebSocket documentation of the same methods. This now allows the test suite to pass when setting TEST_POD=1.
