Creates test-ci command to just, that generates the code coverage
Creates a new workflow to add the code coverage percentual badge to the README once the PR is merged to the main

Thank you @patrickdeangelis does this action overwrite the README every push?

This actions uses a dynamic badge generator: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/go-coverage And it looks like it does not need to overwrite the README file. Is it worth to check?
