use `dbconfig-common` to select and configure wished database server at installation time #8

Right now this package ships the default upstream config file which uses sqlite since no database connection string is set. With dbconfig-common we could offer the selection of supported database servers at installation time and setup a database and credentials automatically. Check if any schema migration strategy needs also to be implemented.

sqlite as maintainer defaults is fine for now
