This is not a good idea because:

The standard in Python is to use requirements.txt
It doesn't scale well should we need to utilize more libraries

It's my fault for recommending this. @gtklocker is right, we should be using requirements.txt for managing requirements. We should add that to the repo and then run pip.

I don't see a requirements.txt. Did you forget to add?
