Changed website structure. (I believe its better suited for a project of this size)

Fixed Automata APIs for share button to work. Google Login and APIs for users.

Please provide a description for your PR. It seems that this PR does a bunch of different unrelated things. You may want to submit different PRs for each feature you're proposing, so that they can be reviewed more easily.

Also, your history is dirty. You may want to clean it up using rebase by squashing commits that don't contribute to the history of the project (but you still want to maintain different commits for each atomic change you made). For example, commits that add or remove debug statements should go away. Or commits that fix mistakes of previous commits should be squashed to the previous ones.
