Should be limited for the Auto-lock time minimum value #42

I press the backspace key in the time box, the 300 becomes 00, that 
automatically becomes 1, and then is nearly infinite lock unlocking lock 
unlocking...

I recommended to limit the minimum value to 10 seconds.

Win7, Fx 16, Master Password+ 1.19.1
