Add priorities to admin nav items #24

Order the items first by priority, then alphabetically

screw that, we just need to make the admin menus use the same kind of navigation collection as front-end menus. it will make things a hell of a lot easier.

For now, I'm editing the admin jig file anytime I want to manually re-order the admin menu
