JForm wrapper? #11

I noticed when working on a bug in Tienda that we currently do not have a dsc wrapper for JForm. Was wondering if anyone though this was an issue that we should build support for in the library.

It's true. I loathe JForm. I'd prefer to just stick with basic HTML form building unless we simply cannot move forward without a JForm wrapper.
