[RQ] context menus in the "Attribute"

* Makes it easier when stopping files downloading and updating trackers

other than this could be on a Full version soon :D (Stable)

* Seen no bugs yet

ok found a bug or request for the settings 
(Use scheduled)
can't set the download/upload speeds for it.
