Ability to download completed files #54

This is not an issue, is more an enhancement.
It would be awesome to have the ability to download file that are at 100%.

I mean, remotely you add a torrent to your list of downloading torrents.
When it is done, you download the downloaded file using your browser.

I'm not sure it could be done using javascript, but i'm not an expert.
