Unowned children deleted when parent deleted #262

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get attached jdoconfig.xml
2. Run attached test case
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See number of unowned children to be 0, should have been 2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GWT SDK 2.4.0
App Engine SDK 1.6.1
DN (v2 per Andy's blog instructions): 
jdo-api-3.0.jar;datanucleus-api-jdo-3.0.5.jar;datanucleus-core-3.0.6;datanucleus
-appengine-2.0.0-final.jar.
