While running the runeems_snps command, I am getting an error with the coord file. I have checked my coord file and it is a list of locations, 2 coordinates/row.

While running the runeems_snps command, I am getting an error with the coord file. I have checked my coord file and it is a list of locations, 2 coordinates/row.

PS: I had to add the .txt extension while uploading the file while my file extension ends with.coord when I run the command.
