Add a batch (.bat) file for running under Windows #37

As a Windows user, I would like a batch (.bat) file to be included in the
ZIP distribution so that I can run Testability Explorer with the same ease
enjoyed by *nix users (who can use the included testability.sh file).

A sample of such a file is attached.

Before we can apply this to HEAD, we need to update the build to rewrite the 
scripts
to point to the release version. Also probably want to rename the 
core-with-deps jar.

Renamed the jar files. Updated the scripts manually for now.
