AWS Codebuild ZRH - connect to github using Oauth leads to this account #1

When creating a Github/Oauth based aws codebuild in the Zurich region - we get a prompt to authorize "AWS Codebuild ZRH" by this account dipper-github-zrh. This has been confusing to our developers, which normally see "by aws-codesuite".

Is this be documented somewhere? Is dipper-github is part of AWS?
