Small update to FGG format #49

https://github.com/diprism/fgg-implementation/pull/142 makes two changes to the FGG format:

"categorical" is now "finite"
factors no longer need types

This is still WIP until the PR is merged on the FGG side.

The above commit does this I didn't see this until after I had moved around a bunch of code, and couldn't figure out how to make git put it all together)
