1. If I had a million dollars to pay you (that's what it'd cost if you
weren't so nice), I'd like you to add...

A way to decided or not, if I want this job (exploit/multi/handler) to start 
and in what payload and port.

This is a random port, and the payload is also meterpreter/reverse_tcp

2. Because this feature doesn't exist I have to...

I need to start a job with the payload and port manually.

Cobalt Strike has the concept of permanent named listeners. That do what you've 
asked for here.
