Event board - XML database support #19

XML events are currently stored in a simple Java List. 
The need for a more serious data store is needed. 
The XML database eXist can successfully fill this need.

Required deployment mode: stand-alone server.
In this deployment mode, the database service is accessed through SOAP or other 
transport protocol.
