In looking through the serialized FITS file (e.g., before and after reproject) we are missing some useful metadata, especially the OBSTIME and URI, but probably other things too.

@maxwest-uw added some of this data to the WorkUnit in #595. Can you provide a list of specific fields so we can make sure we have everything you are looking for?

afaik the URI should be added to the WorkUnit as part of the constituent_images list : )
