Overhaul the configuration for trajectory generation:

Removes the legacy parameters such as ang_arr and average_angle
Creates a new EclipticSearch generator based on Dino's approach that uses the intuitive definition of the parameters.
Makes the EclipticSearch generator the default throughout the code.
Adds compute_ecliptic_angle() helper to the WorkUnit
