Report on the status of the images uploaded, show links to them, and handle any other post-upload tasks.

If some images didn't succeed in uploading (and populating the metadata database), report on the failures and say what happened to the images.

Added in https://github.com/dirac-institute/trailblazer/pull/39 New issues can be opened in the future to address improvements to the current form.
